Enforcement Actions and Hearing Notices

The New Hampshire Insurance Department's Enforcement Unit assists the Department in meeting its mission of promoting and protecting the public good by ensuring the existence of a safe and competitive insurance marketplace through the enforcement of New Hampshire’s insurance laws and rules. The Enforcement Unit does this by conducting investigations and taking administrative action against persons and entities licensed or authorized to do business in New Hampshire which have violated New Hampshire law.
