At the conclusion of its report on premium rates and healthcare cost drivers, the NHID will host a symposium exploring the introduction of New Hampshire’s first Total Healthcare Expenditure (THCE) model. The panel discussion will feature experts with extensive experience in developing THCE models at the state level, including Cory King, Rhode Island Health Insurance Commissioner, and Chris Koller, President of the Millbank Memorial Fund.
