Long-Term Care Certified External Review Organizations

Application for Certification of Long-Term Care Independent Review Organizations. The certification of each Long Term Care Independent Review Organizations is required to be periodically updated, see Ins 3601.30(d)(3)(n). Each Long Term Care Independent Review Organization must, therefore, file a recertification application no later than one year after the effective date of the most recent IRO certification.
